Acting Weird
In view of what happened to Robert Dziekanski at the Vancouver airport (killed by police using non-lethal tasers) maybe we need Parliament to enact a law against people acting weird in public so that this sort of thing doesn't happen again.
That way, if it does, there will be no question of who's in the wrong.
