Okay. What the fuck is up with "MSM" suddenly meaning homosexual? Sorry, eh - but "MSM" already means "Mainstream Media".
Men who have sex with men are known as homosexual, or, more likely, "gay".
Of course, gay also means, "Fill in the blank is so gay" (marriage, Christmas, The Sopranos, bubble tea, etc) so gays may want to either stay away from things that are gay so as not to be confused with them, or get a new word to describe what they do with their penises (penii?) - nevermind - cocks.
Geez Louise, no wonder the rate of HIV is rising amongst gays in "developed" countries. How the hell are they supposed to know they're homosexual anymore? And by "developed" countries I assume we mean "here" - as in, not Africa, where - we know, we know - AIDS is a heterosexual disease, uh, just like here but more - way more. Gawd. You know, you can bend over backwards too far and actually end up with your head up your ass if you aren't careful. Seriously. I worked at the NDP. I know these things can happen.
Although, just for the record, you can't actually get AIDS by sticking your own head up your ass.
