Clear Your Drains, Taxpayer!
By the way, if you live in Ottawa, you may have seen a segment on CBC news at six involving a reporter out and about showing Ottawans how to find out where the drains were on their streets in order to clear them of snow.
Apparently, there are paint markings that, if you clear the road of snow and ice, will point to where the drain is so you can clear that, too.
It's true. Apparently, none of this is covered by your taxes so if you don't get out there and clear the city's drains and then there's flooding everywhere - IT'S YOUR FAULT!!!
