Do As We Say, Not As We Do
Don't governments routinely ensure that their scandals are put before the courts in order that they will be off limits as to further development by the opposition (and media, back in the olden days when media informed the public on government activities)?
So why isn't the same true of the land under dispute in Indian land claims currently before the courts?
