Put your hands up if you think municipal politicians figured climate change meant no snow to worry about having to plow anymore.
By the way, if you were out driving in Ottawa this morning and you honked your horn at a pedestrian who was walking on the street because the sidewalks are snowed in and you thought to yourself, "streets are for cars, sidewalks are for non-cars" - fuck off and die.
