So, you're guilty? Not guilty? You're suing. That usually means guilty as charged - in Canada, anyway. Wow. So, does this mean an Inquiry is out of the question because the matter is before the courts?
Gosh, if you ask me, the libel notice makes SOMEONE look guilter'n the alleged defamation on the Liberal website. But why not sue Cadman's widow and child for libel?
