New Conservatives and Your Money
You know what the New Conservatives are doing while they're in government, don't you? They're taking money out of the system so that it can't function properly. That way, when their in-house media organs tell Canadians they want more privatization (as discovered through studies and polls and random samplings), New Conservatives and their in-house media organs - both - will think we don't know they're lying through their teeth.
The down side of all this, aside from the deteriorating government services we're currently and will be forever experiencing, is that taxes won't go down, either. We'll just have crappy government services with a bunch of rightwing ideologues trying to run the country having wrecked it.
By the way, keep a lookout for all those parolees running around with electric bracelets on that nobody will be monitoring. Maybe that could be our new national sport to replace... hey... how's our Lacrosse team doing at the Olympics? Or has it lost to Togoland...
Oh - and while I'm here, where's that "Tax Sheltered Savings Account" promised in the last budget? I went to my bank today, all eager to sign up and guess what? There's no such thing. Not that I was surprised. Dumbfuckers probably can't afford it now.
