Pardon me for asking, but why does the New Conservative Party Government of Canada consider musing aloud about calling an election - a "threat"? Really, Canadians are supposed to feel threatened by Democracy now?
Gee, maybe it's New Conservatives who should be wearing electronic bracelets... Pretty scary bunch, if you ask me.
