Did you know that Martha Washington was a older wealthy widow with four children when Colonel George Washington came along and married her? I had no idea, myself, but now that I do - I think it speaks volumes about men, money, women and American politics.
By the way, they had no children of their own. I know, I know - this entry is just an excuse to repost another one:
