Promises, Promises
Wow. Canadians are SO stupid. Where's that $5,000 savings account/income tax shelter promised in the last budget, Stephen Harper? Oh, that's right - nowhere. And the tuition savings plan that the Liberals brought in under Paul Martin, the one you could buy into at the last minute and get back 20% in post-secondary education fees? The rules have been changed so you have to have been paying into it longer, much longer, to qualify - which makes it way less accessible, doesn't it, less not more. Meaner. Just like the child tax credit. Oh my, those were the days when the Liberals ran things and Canadian taxpayers weren't nickled and dimed by their own government.
