So Stephen Harper is raggin' on the other leaders for proposing "costly programs Canadians can't afford", eh. Well, dude, if you and your New Conservative government can afford Afghanistan and tax cuts for corporations, I'd say you step aside and let Canadians see where you've hidden the rest of our money.
