Tax and Spend Liberals
I just read a great comment on another blog, the commenter wondering if it's just a matter of the tone of voice used by angry, fulminating Conservatives that has their allies-in-stupid (thanks again, Elizabeth May) thinking "tax and spend Liberals" must be a bad thing, as opposed to just a smart way to run a big rocky cold country with a sparse population. I mean, think about it. Individuals pay taxes to the government, the government pools the money and spends it on services for the people.
By the way, what have Stephen Harper and his New Conservatives done for Canadians and our economy - that's good, I mean?
