To Be Fair to Sarah Palin
You hear a lot about "proper vetting" and why didn't the Republican Party do a more thorough check on her supposedly kooky views (which pretty much mirror those of George W. Bush) but think back to the decision to invade Iraq. The U.S. administration invaded a sovereign country under the knowingly false pretense that it had weapons of mass destruction. All Sarah Palin wants to do is lead an independent Alaska.
Besides, maybe they DID vet Sarah Palin and found she was just what they were looking for in a President should John McCain suddenly drop dead. I mean, just look at the Republican record. Why would they find Sarah Palin wanting? I bet they're wondering what all the fuss is about. I bet they think she'd make a great President.
