Anyway, everybody else, let's keep our eyes on who that money actually goes to, 'kay? My guess is he's finally read Naomi Klein's "Disaster Capitalism" and figured out how lucrative foreign poverty can be for domestic friends, even when it's based on universally accepted science that you just paid good money to debunk.
