Today's Safe Prediction
The Liberals under the direction of the Michael Ignatieff Club will vote for the budget hoping against hope that it will prove to be the disaster they know it is for Canadians so that, come some date in the future, we will beg them to come forward to save us all from the New Conservatives with whom they aligned themselves lo these many minority government mandates in so few disastrous years.
Meanwhile, Jack Layton and Gilles Duceppe will be left to turn over and over and over in their political graves.
