Suppose for a moment you live in Canada and you've been in a coma since, well, before World War II, so you have no idea about Hitler and the Holocaust and the United Nations creating a country called Israel once upon a 1948. Then one day you wake up and after a bit of catching up you're home in your rapidly depreciating condo watching a news item on your flat screen tv about a country called Israel which is keeping itself busy bombing a civilian population trapped behind a massive wall built by their occupier - Israel. The people around you are either criticizing this country called Israel or they're defending it. You're kind of confused that people would defend such a seemingly brutal occupier so you ask - "why the hell are you defending Israel?
