Remembrance Day of Yore
I found this on another blog and thought I'd post it. It puts the bizarre partisan politics of the New World in some perspective, I think, and provides a bit of relevance to Remembrance Day, which has become a mawkish glorification of war by warless politicos - the antithesis of what it was intended to be by the men who lived through the real thing when it meant nothing more than doing your duty for King and country:
