Here, straight from the mouthpiece of the official newspaper of the New Conservative Party of Canada, the National Post, is Stephen Harper in response to the thousands of Canadians who turned out to rallies all across the country to protest his government's prorogation of Parliament:
"Let me just say the government is extremely occupied these days. The government has a lot of work to do to get ourselves prepared for the upcoming agenda of Parliament."
