Oh that? It's kinda like hacker slang for "retarded hacker". I still have a few friends in the tech sector, and I gather that the general opinion is that hacking has become far too easy.
Sophisticated hackers do elegant and amusing things to other people's systems without anyone ever finding out about it. Stupid hackers do crude, simple things--like defacing websites using pre-designed hacking software--and then say something stupid to announce that they've done it. "You're owned by xxx" is a common message left by the particularly dumb ones. "You're pwned by xxx" is a common message left by the dumb ones who can't type.

spy, I've got probably some other isues that I can bring over to yer house with some other internet people. you can never have too many navigators, especially when yer travellin in the burbs
